This tenant improvement consisted of installing 2- Big ass fans with speed controllers in warehouse area, power for the simulation bays which include Tv’s, radar detector and projector. We coordinated with the Tee Box construction team to fulfill all needs in a safe and timely manner to get the project completed within the desired time frame
