This existing tenant space got an all-new energy management system to control the HVAC equipment and lighting. We worked with Venstar in order to ensure the system functioned correctly. Demo and reconfigure existing circuits to follow plans accordingly. Install customer supplied lighting we used all thread to hang Unistrut and attached track lighting to the Unistrut to allow a rigid hanging surface. Provide power for signs and lit shelfing units
