Team Industrial in North Salt Lake City is a small building with a lot of power needs. The building is divided into office and shop, with most of the power needs in the shop.  This business utilizes process heating and testing equipment in the petroleum industry, and our challenge here was to use space as efficiently as possible. A 1200 amp service switchgear powers multiple interior distribution panels that feed 480v equipment. Low voltage switches in the office area control interior lighting with timeclock control of site illumination. This project was completed over ten years ago and has required minimal service since.
