Overton Moore in Murray is a great example of a standard, highly economical, mixed office/warehouse space on a small footprint.  Our electrical installation on this project is designed to maximize versatility for future tenants while focusing on meeting the customer’s needs with the highest value possible.  Power is provided by an 800 amp CT service with interior distribution that allows flexibility for future tenants. Site lighting is provided by pole lights in the parking lot with wall mounted area lighting controlled by an astronomical time switch.
