Ran power for all the lighting, outlets and HVAC equipment including RTU and exhaust fan. Installed track lighting using aircraft cable ensuring fixtures are properly supported per manufacturer recommendations and straight. This tenant space had an existing 3 PH 480V 200a panel. We provided and installed a XFMR to step the voltage down to 120/208v with a 200A panel.
