Tenant improvement project that included specialty lighting that is adjustable to shine towards the individual courts, low voltage lighting control with manual overrides in office area for all of the courts. This tenant suite received a 200A 480v 3ph service from the existing MDP. We installed all the low voltage Cat6 wiring and fire alarm devices. Provided wiring and hookup of HVAC equipment including RTU’s, and exhaust fans. Installed control wiring and hookup of automatic flush valves for restroom toilets. Provided power and final wiring for water heaters, cryochamber, sauna and cryolounger.
