Geneva Rock’s Riverboat office location is a four story office building that experienced a massive renovation while two of the floors were occupied.  At Riverboat, we completed a total renovation of the power infrastructure in the building installing new distribution equipment, panels, transformers, controls, and alarms all while coordinating with tenants who continued business throughout the construction process.  Geneva’s Riverboat offices utilize modern, ip networked lighting controls that capture data on usage and power consumption. Decorative lighting adds an upscale professional feel with a lighted accent wall as a statement piece.  At Riverboat, we designed and installed an uninterrupted power distribution system that utilizes an on-site 600kva standby diesel generator that provides power throughout the facility allowing business to continue indefinitely during a prolonged power outage.
